How it works for tenants

  1. Tell us what you are looking for: your budget, the areas where you would like to live and your financial situation. You can add a short video to introduce yourself.
  2. Our algorithm introduces you: we calculate your Solvency Index and our exclusive, innovative algorithm presents your profile to the homes in your areas that are looking for someone like you.
  3. The home finds you: when a home matches, you get an email and the owner receives your profile. No pointless calls or viewings.

The way we look for a home is changing

All over the world a simple idea is growing: the property looks for the person who fits it, not the other way round, as it has always been done. Other countries already use it to sell, rent and find business premises. At Pisos Clic we apply it to residential rentals in the provinces of Valencia, Alicante and Castellón, without publishing listings.

  • No browsing listings or profiles: our algorithm introduces each person and the matching homes come to them.
  • A clear Solvency Index, with published criteria and never nationality, age or sex.
  • Introduce yourself with a video, so the owner gets to know you before the viewing.
  • Homes are not advertised: each one looks for its tenant discreetly.
  • Free for people looking for a home.

Your data, in good hands

We use your data to find you a home and nothing else. Your profile is only seen by the agency or owner of the home that matches you, and you can view, change, pause or delete it at any time from My profile (in Spanish).

Beware of scams. Pisos Clic will never ask you for money or bank details. Do not pay anything before you have visited the home and signed the contract.

What is Pisos Clic?

Pisos Clic is a rental service in the Valencian Community where the home looks for its ideal tenant, instead of you searching through listings. Today it works for long-term residential rentals: you tell us once what you need and, when a home matches your budget, areas and solvency, it finds you.

How much does Pisos Clic cost for tenants?

Pisos Clic is free for tenants. Creating your profile, getting your Solvency Index and receiving an email when a home finds you costs nothing and there are no hidden fees. You only need to fill in the form with your financial situation, the areas you like and your maximum budget.

What is the Solvency Index?

The Solvency Index is a score from 0 to 100 that sums up whether a rent fits your financial situation. It uses what you tell us: how much of your income the rent takes, your type of contract, how long you have been in your job and whether you have a guarantor. It never uses personal traits.

Do you discriminate against foreign tenants?

No. The Solvency Index only uses financial criteria and never your nationality, origin, age, sex or other personal traits, as data protection law requires. Pisos Clic does not choose for anyone either: the final decision on who rents the home is always made by the owner or the agency.

Who sees my data and my video?

Only the agency or the owner of the home that matches you sees your profile. Your data is never sold or passed on to anyone else. The presentation video is optional, it is only seen by whoever manages that home and it is deleted when you finish your search or, at the latest, after 90 days.
